Start A Morning Ritual - Set Up Your Day For Success

Something that is practiced and is put into action every day by people all over the world are "Morning Rituals". A morning ritual is a habitual action that you do every single day and make it the first major thing you do once you wake up, in which the outcome should layout your mindset for the rest of your day. This truly is an incredible tool and can lead to long-term success and optimism.


Here is an example of a standard daily routine which includes a morning ritual:


1. Wake up

2. Make Coffee/Breakfast/Shower/Get ready for work or whatever it is you do before you leave the house etc.

3. At some point between leaving home in the morning and arriving at work, apply your morning ritual.


What exactly should a morning ritual consist of?

Well, first off; it should take place somewhere that makes you happy. The most common place that people perform their rituals are and landmark locations with beautiful views, high-rise landscapes and horizons, lake views with an intense sun beaming down and across plains etc. You get the idea, right? Somewhere that makes you feel that "wow" or "I'm free" factor. Somewhere that makes you feel energized and inspired.


Performing your ritual can just be as simple as staring off into the horizon, thinking of all the things you are grateful for. It could be walking up a mountain area or around a lake and listing off all your goals that you wish to achieve in your life. It can even be just shutting your eyes, sitting in your car facing the sun (or rain views, if that makes you happy too!) and picturing an image in your head of your family. Your morning ritual can be almost anything! But the key focus is to set you day up the right way.


See, if you can start your morning filled with positive thoughts and a clear, strong and willing mindset.. there isn't much that can take you down! What you will find is, if you start your day and head into whatever it is you're doing; whether it be work, family time, a big workout session; you will already have positive attitude and mindset going into it.

When you've just come off filling your mind with all the things that make you do what you do and make you happy and fill you with that fire and desire and all the things that make you just so grateful to be alive and living the life that you life every single day... it's a hell of a lot harder for something negative to knock you down.

This is life. Life can be stressful, tough, draining; it can be easy to loose sight of yourself and what's important to you... but when your mind is already pre-programmed with so much positivity, you can handle these challenges so much easier and you can think so much more clearly in a time of stress and crisis. You just won't find so much negativity throughout your day, in general!


It won't just affect your day in a positive way, but it will affect those around you in a positive way too! And what happens when you affect these people in a positive way? Their positive mood reflects back to provide even MORE positivity to you!!! Crazy, eh? Who would have thought?....


Whilst we all understand this concept and how the brain works and why this is so important.... we often loose sight of this in the busy day-to-day world that we live in with our ever-hectic lives. But I urge you to implement this sort of morning ritual into your life and I promise you, you will notice a difference. A great one, at that.
